– 2 medium zucchini, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
– 250g (8 oz) button or cremini mushrooms, sliced
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil

– ½ tsp dried thyme

## Instructions
### 1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the zucchini, mushrooms, and onion. Mince the garlic.
